Alpha 90 1/4-Zip Hoodie

Super soft, sized right but this is a VERY thin hoody. My wife was super disappointed … we will see if it gets used ;(

Love the color and alpha! This garment is a wee short… not sure why or if I got a “short one?” I am 5’3” with a short torso and it just seems off.

The zip hoodie was my go-to warm layer for a weeklong early season romp through Capitol Reef National Park. It kept me warm and cozy at night in my tent and was the perfect outer layer over my sun hoodie during the day when deep in the canyons where little sun reaches. The large zip opening makes it easy to add or remove from your layering system, as long as you keep it away from any Velcro in your pack setup. Being as we were in the desert before the onset of monsoon season, it didn’t get wet so I can’t comment on the dry time. But I’m sure it’s pretty quick with a nice breeze. When washing at home I make sure to put it in a separate mesh bag to it won’t snag on another item of clothing, zippers or Velcro or whatnot. Overall impressed and plan on making this a part of any cool/cold weather layer system when high exertion is on the itinerary.

The highest of qualities. This will be my first choice 75% of the year. Thoughtful features.
