We made a mistake in production and made a batch of these 2 inches shorter in the torso than intended! We're calling them cropped hoodies and want to offer them to you at a heavily discounted price!
We only have Narrow Medium, Large, XL and 2XL and think these could be a great option for folks out there looking for something a little shorter and may sit above/at the hips!
Important notes about these hoodies:
- This IS a FLEECE fabric! It has a durable mesh outer face and a soft fleece inner face. It’s super lightweight and breathable, making it an exceptional summer layer. Learn more here.
- You get to select your preferred prominent color within your size, which will determine the color of the front torso.
- These hoodies run about 1/2 size large. Make sure to check out the sizing chart to ensure a good fit, but remember to subtract 2" for the torso length measurement to get an accurate measurement of these cropped hoodies!

I bought this Octa hoodie bc it was on sale due to the hem being 2 inches shorter than normal, which is fine by me bc I'm a shortie. I use it mostly for backpacking. I have trouble keeping my core temperature up and the only thing I care about when I get to camp in the evening is shedding sweaty clothes and putting this hoodie on. If I had to choose between eating and getting warm in the Octa hoodie, the hoodie will win every time. I haven't had issues with snags/retaining odor, etc. I like that it's bright so if I'm ever lost/injured, the rangers can't say I didn't try to make myself as conspicuous as possible. So far, so good!
