Alpha 120 hoodies are a cozy, high performance layer you shouldn't go without when you need that high end, but lightweight warmth!
This weight of Alpha is best for very chilly summer nights, as an active layer in the fall, and worn under a puffy in the depths of winter. You will not be disappointed by the warmth to weight ratio of these (~6oz), and the unbeatable softness of this fabric!
This is an inherently delicate fabric and must be treated as such! It will snag easily, so keep it away from Velcro, dog claws, and definitely don’t bushwhack in it!

Warm, fits well. Zippered collar makes it easy to have extra warmth escape if too hot or zipped up if too cold. Material is comfortable against the skin. Kept my top half super warm on a cold night. Breeze comes and cuts through helping you enjoy the wind and take extra heat away. Super warm under raincoat.
This piece is spectacular! Alpha might be one of the greatest materials made for backpacking. I love the elastic sleeve cuffs and the 1/4 zip. I cannot wait for the Aloha 60 1/4 zip to become available in more colors as I will be purchasing as soon as they do.
Ridiculously lightweight, comfy enough to sleep in, extremely warm on its own and as a layer. Sambob puts so much personality into these, love mine so much. Can’t wait to bring it on my next backpacking adventure.
