Perfect camp base layer - just used on an AZT section hike as my camp shirt, kept me warm but not too warm.
Super warm, incredibly lightweight, survives being shoved into a pack well, dries fast, doesn't retain weird cooking smells, drawstring on the hood on the side so it doesn't do weird pinchy and pokey things under your chin. As noted, not for windy days, but layers well under things that are. Bonus - if you pull it over your eyes, it looks like you're inside Harry Potter's invisibility cloak.

I wore this everyday during the summer with cool mornings as the perfect outer layer that isn't too hot!
The Octa fleece is such a perfect weight for transitional weather, and I wore it all summer in the water where the breeze usually cools things off. It packs down super small and weighs next-to-nothing so I barely noticed it in my bag.
The ability to customize measurements was fantastic! I have a long torso so finding things that fit that while being well-fitted elsewhere is a pain. Sam makes it so easy with a transparent set of size charts and the ability to mod as needed. Loved getting a piece of cherished gear and supporting a New England business!!
